The above rate is meant per person in double occupancy and refers to a Double Garden view room category. Rates for other room categories are available upon request. The Calamandino tasting menu dinner includes a gourmet six-course meal and the typical Maremma menu dinner includes a three-course meal, both dinners are beverages excluded. The package is subject to limited availability and includes access to all hotel facilities and services, use of the private beach platform and heated sea-water swimming pool, complimentary Internet Wi- Fi, snacks and drinks from minibar, taxes and service charges. No penalty for written cancellations received at least 7 days prior to arrival in low season and 21 days during high season. In case of cancellations or reduction in length of stay outside of the above terms a 50% penalty charge will be applied. In case of no-show or early departure the full amount of the package will be charged.
