In this elegant five-star hotel in Tuscany, today part of The Leading Hotels of the World, Chef Sebastiano Lombardi’s cuisine is always a lovely surprise, thrilling and satisfying all five senses. The Michelin-star restaurant dining room is a large veranda overlooking the sea, opening onto the terrace facing the garden. The walls are decorated with wallpaper reproducing a drawing by Piero Fornasetti, and original 1960s appliqués created by Italian craftsmen.
In the two-Michelin star restaurant, in Porto Ercole on the Argentario coast, the lamps are made of bird cages, and the large windows frame the moonlight reflecting off the sea. The kitchen uses only seasonal organic fruits and vegetables, plus the day’s catch and organic meat from carefully selected local producers. Under the skilled touch of our Michelin-starred chef, food becomes a feast for both the eyes and the palate. Guests with a sweet tooth will be thrilled by the parade of desserts and the Tuscan dessert cart, plus a selection of the finest chocolates.
