Let our chefs teach you how to prepare some typical every day local recipes
Enjoy an introduction to a Tuscan kitchen:
Pasta, Risotto and Soup,
Bread, Focaccia and Panzanella
Desserts and Pastries
Classes are held in the kitchen from 9:00 am until 1:00 pm
While cooking, you will be served wine and encouraged to taste what you are preparing
Enjoy your desserts and pastries at afternoon tea at 5:00 pm
Euro 120,00 per person
Cooking classes are available during the low season only.

Cocktail Masterclass
Have you always dreamed to entertain your friends preparing for them a special cocktail
but you never had the time to attend to a bartending lesson?
This is your chance to learn techniques and secrets,
to know the stories behind the classic and legendary cocktails and experiment your creativity.
Our barman Federico will guide you through this fascinating world of drinks
and on your next party you will be able to impress your guests.
At the end of your class you will receive your Pellican Barman Certificate
and a voucher for a complimentary drink.
Our Cocktail Master classes will be held at the bar Il Pellicano and are subject to availability.
