The Bar, 1969

The first ingredient in any drink is experience. Our experienced barmen craft each cocktail according to tradition using fresh fruits where  appropriate and serving brands made by small, independent producers where possible. Our main bar is a sophisticated spot for a cosmopolitan drink or an interlude in a busy day’s relaxation. In the evening, it becomes a suave piano bar, a great place to conclude the day or stretch the twilight hours deep into the night.
The bar’s signature cocktail, the “Pellican Martini” is a symphony to citrus. The bar also offers a range of finger foods, prepared by chef Antonio Guida’s team with their trademark skill.
